HIV Testing & Counselling

RAIN Uganda team conducts outreaches to communities to raise people's awareness about HIV/AIDS condition and conducts testing and counselling exercises using its team of qualified and experienced personnel, with the aim of reducing new infections and improving the conditions of those infected.

Cervical Cancer Education

With the growing rate of cervical cancer cases in Uganda and other African countries and the little knowledge that people have about this problem, RAIN Uganda team is conducting awareness campaigns aiming at giving the community correct information about the disease

Health Education Seminars

RAIN Uganda team conducts seminars on various health topics to communities around Uganda with the aim of equipping people with the right knowledge that will enable them to prevent or combat diseases as it is famously said, prevention is better than cure

RResponding to HIV/AIDS and Intervening for the Needy (RAIN-UGANDA) is a registered NGO in Uganda which provides Free educational sessions for students, organizations, and communities about HIV and/or cervical/breast cancer Free Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) for HIV, cervical cancer and a physical exam for breast cancer. All services are provided by trained Ugandan professionals. Connecting those who need further medical treatment to governmental agencies for follow-up. All services are provided on a community/organizational cost sharing basis with RAIN-UGANDA

Kamuge Outreach

RAIN Uganda will conduct a medical outreach at Kamuge. Main activities will be Cervical Cancer, HIV, Ophthalmology, Hepatitis B and Diabetes screening. More information about this outreach is available in our events pages.
